Step 4: Measure and validate (week 6-8). Compare before and after on concrete KPIs: time saved, error reduction, customer satisfaction.

Step 5: Scale and integrate (month 2-6). Build the full system and integrate it with your existing tools.

Step 6: Train your team (month 3-6). Technology is only valuable if your people use it.

Step 7: Repeat for the next process. Digital transformation is not a project with an end date. It's a way of working.
